I click on a picture of an item and nothing happens.
Most likely, the reason for this is that you have a popup blocker. The only way to
work around that is to allow popups for this site. This shouldn't be a problem.
We promise that the only popups that you will see on our site come from links that
you clicked where you want the information in the popup. You will never get popup
advertisements from JuneBugBug.com.
How do I add an item to my shopping cart?
To add an item to your cart, all you need to do is click "Add to cart" after entering
the quantity of the item you want. But don't worry, you can change
the quantity after you add an item to your cart at any time.
Can I preview my shopping cart?
If you have items in your cart, there will be a link at the top of the page to view
your shopping cart. All you need to do is click that link, and a preview of your
order will show you exactly what is in your cart. From there, you can
edit quantity or delete an item, you can also
change your shipping address from this page.
How do I remove an item from my cart?
From the preview of your shopping cart, there is a link marked
"edit" next to each item. Click on that link, and you will be asked for either a
new quantity or you can click on the "delete" link on the far right to remove it
completely from your shopping cart. If you change your mind, don't worry, you can
always add it back to your cart by going to the product page for that item and
adding it to your cart again.
How do I change quantity of an item in my cart?
From the preview of your shopping cart, there is a link marked
"edit" next to each item. Click on that link, and you will be asked for a new
quantity. Just enter the new quantity you want (a positive number higher than 0).
If you want a quantity of 0, just click on the delete link.
Can I have an item shipped directly to a friend/relative?
From the preview of your shopping cart, there is a link marked
"Change" in the "Shipping Address" section of the cart preview. Click on that link
and you will be brought to a page that asks for the new information (note: all lines
should be filled out, a complete shipping address is necessary for the item to be
shipped. Without a complete address, your order may be put on hold, or delayed until
we can find the correct information. We will not ship an item without your consent to
the account holders address if the shipping address is not complete).
I changed shipping addresses, but I changed my mind!
Simple! Just click on the "Revert" link that is in your shipping address box!
I changed shipping addresses, but I entered it wrong!
Simply revert the address to your original, then click "Change"
once more. The information you entered previously will still be there, so all you
need to do is change the incorrect information and submit once more.
Why did my shipping charges change when I changed shipping address?
Shipping is based on your shipping address, not your home address. All shipping
charges are based off of area code "zones". For a look at what zones there are and
where your zone lands click here. Get your zone
by zip code, and then look at the bottom chart for your zone to get what percent shipping
will be added to your total. At the most, there is a $4.70 difference in shipping
per $100.00 spent between zone 1 and zone 8. So it is still more cost effective to
ship to the recipient than to ship to yourself and reship the item yourself.
